  • this was really good :D

  • that is AMAZING!! i am no where near this close to something like this in my dancing lol

  • that is AMAZING!!

  • woah, how long have you been in ballet? i wanna learn it. :)

  • woah

  • You totally couldve kept going! U had the momentum!

  • how were you able to get a hold of it so high?? i stretch a ton but it seems that i cant do it

  • amaaazing! i love doing these. just work on the landing!

  • well im a dancer and im like super tall (5'11) and i can do a single perfectly but i just cant hold it together long enough to do a double or even a triple. my leg turn is a little different from yours, i grab my ankle and the arch of my foot instead of both hands on the ankle. thats how i was taught. but yeah. any tips??

  • Amazing job with this! You looks so beautiful and elegant! And you can really see how happy you are with your dancing! :)

  • Man, I need to learn that. Maybe during a summer break.... lol I miss dancing....

  • try to straighten your bottom leg a little more, and you'll be amazing! this coming from another dancer! ahah just a helpful hint!(:

  • how do you get your leg soo high and straight?! haha i have a decent oversplit and good leg strength but i just cant pull my leg up that much in these

  • That was really good!

  • You could have totally had a fourth if hadn't put your leg down.

  • Amazinggg. :}

  • lol i like how ur only wearing one shoe ;) but omg thts amazing! and u do it so well too! haha i wish i cud do tht

  • lmfao,u look real happy that u nailed the turn down! But well done =)

  • haha i was... i think it was the second time i had ever done it and it was on tape ha! and thanks :)

  • Wow your really good at that!!! Well done :)

  • congratulations? and you spelled QUAD wrong

  • DAng! thats awesome!

  • You're a BEAST!! ahh, so jealous of you. I'm still mastering one, lol. Any tips?

  • spot hard and if you can try putting ur leg to the side of your head instead of in front. also don't get to frustrated, cause i do that often and it doesn't help haha

  • very nice (:

  • Pretty!! I want to learn how to do that...

  • during your leg turn, do you keep your legs square or does your right hip rise?

  • Pretty! I wish I could do those!

  • ohh just kidding lol its only three. but it was almost four haha.

  • That is so cool. Hi elizabeth

  • Your Crazy, =]

    Love ya liz.

  • how do yu do that please tell meh

  • wow... Props! Very good

  • wow good job girl! you rock!

  • hi! sorry im a dancer and was wondering how you do that...lol i turn perfectly fine and i can hold my leg up. i just dont know how to combine both and make it look good. other people at my studio have amazing leg hold turns and im sooooo jealous!!! :]

  • Exactly my problem I can turn great, and I can hold my leg up forever, but I can't combine both and i get mad when people at my studio can do it but i cant.

  • one thing that helps is preparing to the side.. if that makes sense. like put the leg that your going to hold behind you and face the wall, then kick your leg up, grab it and turn.

  • Elizabeth its sara hovick! I love you! ur helping me with my flexibility tomo.

    CHYEA REPRESENTIN DSD

  • YOUR SO FLESUBLE

  • um.. definately very jealous... I hate my leg turns.. i only have 1 and 3/4... how can you stay in it for so long.. I either just stop.. or I fall out of it...

  • it just takes alot of pratice and patience!!! also a real good push off! and if you dont like how it looks just work on flexibility! and dont get to frustrated... trust me it doesnt work

  • ahhh I love it!!

    soo goooddd!!!!

  • YES! hahaha
