I really can't tell what's going on here, they are video taping through a window and there are people moving around behind the cameraman so occasionally you can clearly see the heads of the other people in the room so the only thing I definitively see is the paper moving

I have seen one before, and i am not trolling or making this up. When i was 14 i slept over at my grandmothers house with my family, and i woke up at around 3 am very thirsty and before i went out of bed i looked on my left and saw a white lady sitting on the chair near the window, she was transparent and hollow, she has a beautiful dress, but you could not see her face,hands or feet.

the apparition is only reflection from the glass window and the object can be move with the use of the fan. thats simple when you know that when you look at the object. the object is hanging so when the wind blows, it will begin to move like it was in the video. so simple yet scary when you don't know how to do it.

video quality is not too high, too hard to tell. Though i believe in ghosts, i think capturing them on a camera phone is impossible. Watch the international crew that hunts for ghosts - you'd see the high tech equipment they use. But i can't deny the fact that the reaction of the people in this vid seem real.
