@01GamerZz - Sorry for dislike, I've missed the reply button.:D I don't have a specific tutorial for making it, but I've found videocopilot tutorials quite useful. also you can read one of my replies below for more info on making it.. cheers

@Herdstudio - It is pure AE :) the shape is made using "Shape layer", with few effects applied (multiple layers containing grid, ramp, light sweep etc.)
All other elements are separate comps.
Those stars are made by using white layer and applying "Ball Action"
Also used Lens Flare on few places to make it a bit interesting :)
