  • @bootynomics this exercise is really challenging lol but i like it how often should i do this exercise so that i can have some what of a juicy but by the summer

  • WOW i have been watching buffies work out videos for awhile now... trying to get a bigger juicy booty the natural way.... alot of my friends from work have gotten pmma and bio gel butt injections... this excersise kicked my ass... i love it!

  • Hey again Buffie. Just wanted to say. These seem to work. But I don't have anything in my house sturdy to to support my weight. So these are tricky until I can buy those step things you have. I figured out something more clever.

    What I did was 1. Stand in a door way.

    2. Rest my hands on doorway about shoulder height up.

    3. Put feet directly in center on doorway then lift one foot up and put it behind me.

    4. Do a correct squat with only one leg. Using hands to stabilize me.

    I keep my knee straight up and make sure it doesn't go over my toes. Push back just like you do.

    I do 3 to 5 sets. 12 reps each set on each leg and NO rest in between. I just switch from one leg to the other until all reps are done. The thighs and butt are screaming but they do feel surprisingly stronger. Maybe you could try it out and see if it works for you.

    No equipment required!!!

    When I tried these in your video. I was scared I'd break my table. :-)

  • Doing this exercise or squats on a consist basis, how long will it be before you see results? I want to lift my butt but I get discouraged when I don't see any results :(

  • I'll be honest. I only watch these videos to see Buffie's booty. Hoping to find somebody how has a body just like hers'. Because I can't afford Buffie herself....

  • Do we need to squeeze our glutes ass we go down or keep them relaxed because its hard for me to actually feel anything and even when I do kickbacks I barely feel it.

  • I just did the workout with you on my step stool (improvising for now) and I really felt it! This is great for your hamstrings. I dont like the squats besides I like concentrating on one leg at a time. It makes me feel like I'm really targeting my thighs. This is great. Thanks Girl. I don't really feel it in my butt as much as I do in my thighs. Is that wrong?

  • @Neeshpeesh123 Make sure you are pushing your hips back when you lower yourself. The glutes are one of the active muscles. So you should definitely feel it there.

  • I just tried doing these today. I don't think that I did the first set correctly because it was easier to do. So, I watched the video again, and did the second and third sets. They were definitely harder to do!

  • @MissLalaland89 no worries...not a dumb question at all. After you do 12 reps on left leg and 12 reps on right leg, then you have done 1 set.

  • Is like one leg squatting. Try this; stand in front of a doorway with one leg's toe against the wall, so your facing the door way in such a way that you can hold on to the wall when you do a one leg squat.

I never got it and never will. Why would anyone want to look like a ballet dancer who hasn't spent a minute in their lives actually ballet dancing lmao.

    Btw to Buffie. These look interesting. Although the range of motion seems low. But maybe I'm wrong. I've been struggling trying to figure out some weightless leg exercises. I hope these give me a real burn. Thanx!!!

  • @Urhoboman5 Why do i want a bigger butt? Because I love curves. Plus I can still have a shapley behind when I get older as gravity plays its' part if I get those muscles under there right.
