Haha I clicked on this video randomly, and this happens to be the piece I'm learning! It's Mendelssohn's Rondo Capriccioso.

She's actually not an amazing pianist, but she is very good. It irked me a little that she skipped around a lot in the piece, and the fact that the octaves at the end were rather sloppy and a couple of those chords at the end were way out of tune.

Otherwise, I think in a couple years she'll be a fantastic pianist.

It's called intonation and is used by some pianists to remember the piece. It looks a bit spastic at times but if you close your eyes then it all makes sense!
