Her mother was def Naomi and for most of her life she thought Michael Ciminella was her father, but when she was about 30 her mother and sister told her her real father was Charlie Jordan (Naomi got married @18 to Michael when she was pregnant and then they had Ashley together, then divorced) But after Wynonna found out that Michael wasn't her father, she said, "it made sense" because of her body type was different than her sisters and moms and rest of her family. ishinozaki, Wynnona & Elvis are difficult to compare because one's a male and the other's a female singer. But, if you ask real singers who are familiar with their work, I think that the vast majority would say that Elvis could sing circles around Wynnona with a tennis ball stuffed in his mouth. What you're hearing is the superior modern recording technolgy that Wynnona's tracks were laid down on. Wynonna is talented, but The King was a once-in-a-generation superstar, IMHO.
