i definitely about the results giving you motivation. i have also just started working out and even after a month of working out my chest is alot more defined aswell as my arms abs. but i have lost weight which wasen't the aim. but i wanna see more results but i want them quick haha. any way great progress and keep at it (Y)
Hey bro, im 15 years old, 186 cm and weight 91 when i started, right now im weight 88.5 in beggining of week 4. I havent experienced nearly as much change as you have. But could you please tell me if i could get a free diet for the sixpack abs? im working out 7 days a week, but diet is slacking.

hey there mate. you can get all the equipment at home n do the workout or just buy the neceassary ones and then find alternates to what you dont have like using a chair for yoga ball.
I went to the gym as they have all the equipment and you can find motivation with all the people working out around you.
