This is a good exercise to show off and impress your friends but it doubt it will lead to additional strength and doesn't push your muscles past your own body weight. I somehow doubt this guy can bench over 250 LB over even squat 400 LB. But he is really good at holding his own weight.

The hardest exercises are the best!
Simple things like pull-ups for example..most people can't do 1
Start off slow, build it up, pretty soon you'll be doing sets of 10 10 times etc.
Then excel to more difficult things like pull ups with leg extensions, now that is hard.
This guy is amazing.
