  • @NIKEmane06 Anyone can do legs. Literally, anyone. Your leg muscles by nature are designed to be able to lift more than 2x your own weight, even if you are an anorexic Asian, you can still stand on a single leg.

  • High reps is what gets you ripped! Low reps with heavy weight makes muscles the biggest but not as defined as high reps training. You can defintiely get really really ripped with body weight training, for big mass gains you need to go beyond your body weight though.

  • Remember that we're all different. This guy has obviously worked hard for his upper body strength. He looks short and probably doesn't weigh much though (very thin legs), which makes it a lot easier. If this is a natural upper body effort, then ten thumbs up. Well done.

    Simple things like pull-ups for example..most people can't do 1

    Start off slow, build it up, pretty soon you'll be doing sets of 10 10 times etc.

    Then excel to more difficult things like pull ups with leg extensions, now that is hard.

    This guy is amazing.

    I bet he is poor BUT being poor has helped him use what he got.

  • What does this have to do with body building?

    How can these lead to Hypertrophy if your not adding weight and ripping muscle. This is a good exercise to show off and impress your friends but it doubt it will lead to additional strength and doesn't push your muscles past your own body weight. I somehow doubt this guy can bench over 250 LB over even squat 400 LB. But he is really good at holding his own weight.

  • @jackblair2 im not saying hes not strong but he sure isnt going to put up 4 plates. His arms are short so he might surprise us with a good weight

  • notice he is not a tall guy. he has short arms short legs and a short torso. he probably weighs about 135lbs. its much easier to put more stress on the muscle when the moment arms are shorter. read up on biomechanics its all there. thats why he can do crazy shit, and thats why he hasnt torn a rotator muscle. because his moment arms are shorter . there is less stress on his joints.
