I was once banned from a clan [=ce=] server, I got to the point when I got a really good headshot against one of the clan members I was accused of using an aimbot then kill after kill I kept killing other clan members after they kept spawning and not even moving or shooting as if they were afk, I eventually got banned and it was permanent judging by their site info. -_- [=ce=] Takes pride in banning cheaters but they are going too far with paranoia and banning legit players too, lousy noobs. :P

@50M30NE The same universe as you. Sightjacking IS a problem. You can instantly find someone's position. Think about CTF or Oddball, and it's easy to see how it's unfair.

@GeneStarwind09 Not really, sightjacking on a crowded game will do you know good, on a slayer match with like 5 people, then maybe. Sightjakers' main use now is to find aimbotters and ban there IP.

Thanks for the SJ. Aimbots was one of the reasons i quit playing Halo PC. Another reason i quit is becuase if I scored even one headshoot on someone who was a noob they would accuse me of aimbotting the diffrece is that I don't kill noobs every single time with a headshot or spawn kill or teleport kill. They tryed using crouch but I still killed them and I told them I wasn't botting and that aimbots can't follow crouch but they stll wouldn't buy it. Just too many baby winers out there.

lmao was on this server on halo ce i was botting a bit then i stopped i was camping behind rock looking on radar...ppl were saying they were sight jacking me they wernt....i know this because i was looking on radar and killing this guy and he 1st didnt think i aimbotted...then i did it again....and again i asked the people who said they where sight jacking me to tell me when i snap the comes again but with another guy i saw him and his friend on radar 1 bar no bot...and they said i snpped.....
i'm pretty sure that was real time, actually. it may have recorded at 25 fps and played at 30 fps or something like that, but i didn't add any effects or edit it to play faster. it really does snap that fast

it's a program you use to look at other people's vision to check if they are cheating. the basic cheating tool, an aimbot, automatically [and almost instantly] centers on a body's head [sometimes hovers over dead bodies]. you use the SJ to check another player's screen for an instant snap and hold, often to the middle of a hill or something: someplace where there's a guy. some are better than others at hiding it, but usually it's a pretty obvious snap, hold, and instant kill.

I stopped playing hpc when i realised ALOT (30-50%) of the community "mid + skilled" out there were cheating. I even caught players i believed were in it for the fun, who were great players and ppl (lock on's to targets that you couldnt see cept with the green triangle / right team).
I'd be c ounted to the logical ppl, beign a realist i can say that only ppl who lack real self esteem/pride uses unfair advatages.Realistically ppl want to have fun playing games, when ppl end up being bseraped because of illegit advantages its not fun. Even if you are serious player and want to measure up against the best it can be annoying when you have ppl messing it up - why try to improve or have fun when ppl spread that mentality.

no, i used the video out on my video card and hooked it up to a dvd recorder. the audio was recorded on it as well, but i had to boost the sound WAY up and make a post-edit commentary. Now, even though i don't do it anymore, my setup uses the dvd recorder, but i use audacity [it's free, great program] to record the stereo mix. then i just use the windows sound recorder to make a running commentary, sync the audio tracks, and count off to the clock on screen for video sync. fraps chews up memory.

In my experience the Race clans (Just Race, Beg For Mercy, Hairy Monkey, etc.) are really good about policing their members against hacks and poor sportsmanship. Their members are generally up for a good Slayer/CTF/KotH match too.
Heck yeah. I've played with some really great players.
I have the PC version, which is a completely different experience than the Console version, but aimbotting is as easy as counting to ten on the PC. Not sure how to go about it on the console, but it's probably not much harder. It's just that I can't stand people who suck so bad they have to stoop to cheating to get any kills.
i think it's great what they do. the only problem is that i find racing games to be the MOST fun when you CAN kill in them. i played a rocket rally racing game on BG with a couple friends on xbox, best halo matches ever. more laughs and more fun than i have ever had. hard part is that the race clans keep their servers from killing, so no online fun there. still, if u ever get a chance, try it.

More than 70% of the so called "skilled" players use hack. Every game, UT, Halo, GOW, etc are just playgrounds for hackers. The ONLY way you will ever get a clean game is to play someone else in your own living room. Online is mega-hax.

I personally can't fucking stand it when people use aimbots. Especially when those same people start calling everyone else n00bs. My solution for this problem is to sightjack them to find out for sure if they are botting, then I load up my own aimbot and snipe there asses to show them how it feels. Yes, I know it's cheating, but it's the only time I use bots. Sometimes you have to pay close attention when sightjacking because some botters are slick and the snap isn't that obvious.
Don't get me wrong. I usually don't have a problem with botters as long as they're honest about it. There are some servers where everyone bots, and it's fuckin' fun! But the ones I hate are people who try to pretend as if they are bad ass at Halo and everyone else sucks. They do it just to piss people off. And that to me is just a really cheap and weak way to entertain yourself. Kinda like the kid killing ants with a magnifying glass, except instead of ants it's killing other gamers' fun.
There's one more thing I'd like to add about dealing with botters who lie about botting. In my experience, most botters don't like it when someone on the opposing team is also botting, because it ruins their fun. They want to be the most powerful one on the server, so if you kill them back-to-back with your own bot, they will eventually just leave. In fact, everytime they see your name on a server they'll leave. Had it happen to me 3 times in the past month since I DL'd my own aimbot. lol : )
Lol... hypocrite. The best way to stop bots is to have servers that can detect when a person is using a bot. Then they'll get kicked. Unfortunately, that hasn't happened yet. But I can understand what you're saying.
It would be great if they did have servers like you mentioned. Do you think they'll ever come out with an update for 1.08 or do you think they're just sick of trying to keep up with hackers?
However, i don't use an aimbot, and for some reason, i've been automatically banned from many different servers i've never logged into... so that sucks. :(

it's a program you use to look at other people's vision to check if they are cheating. the basic cheating tool, an aimbot, automatically [and almost instantly] centers on a body's head [sometimes hovers over dead bodies]. you use the SJ to check another player's screen for an instant snap and hold, often to the middle of a hill or something: someplace where there's a guy. some are better than others at hiding it, but usually it's a pretty obvious snap, hold, and instant kill.

And yeah i'm glad you posted this vid but the only games that are safe are newly released ones - newer fps's gets ----ed up well fast by ppl who cannot compete on equal terms, deeming themselves unfit by doing so.
I stopped playing hpc when i realised ALOT (30-50%) of the community "mid + skilled" out there were cheating. I even caught players i believed were in it for the fun, who were great players and ppl (lock on's to targets that you couldnt see cept with the green triangle / right team).

I'd be c ounted to the logical ppl, beign a realist i can say that only ppl who lack real self esteem/pride uses unfair advatages.Realistically ppl want to have fun playing games, when ppl end up being bseraped because of illegit advantages its not fun. Even if you are serious player and want to measure up against the best it can be annoying when you have ppl messing it up - why try to improve or have fun when ppl spread that mentality.

a program that is set to make your screen center itself on another player. you can usually adjust it to the left or right a little to counter slow internet connection, as well as adjust it up or down to center on the head. you can see how it makes the player snap to the head of another player. ethically, it's considered dishonorable and cheating to use one. realistically, the only people who care are the ones who are taking the game too seriously.

no, i used the video out on my video card and hooked it up to a dvd recorder. the audio was recorded on it as well, but i had to boost the sound WAY up and make a post-edit commentary. Now, even though i don't do it anymore, my setup uses the dvd recorder, but i use audacity [it's free, great program] to record the stereo mix. then i just use the windows sound recorder to make a running commentary, sync the audio tracks, and count off to the clock on screen for video sync. fraps chews up memory.

In my experience the Race clans (Just Race, Beg For Mercy, Hairy Monkey, etc.) are really good about policing their members against hacks and poor sportsmanship. Their members are generally up for a good Slayer/CTF/KotH match too.

Heck yeah. I've played with some really great players.
I have the PC version, which is a completely different experience than the Console version, but aimbotting is as easy as counting to ten on the PC. Not sure how to go about it on the console, but it's probably not much harder. It's just that I can't stand people who suck so bad they have to stoop to cheating to get any kills.

i think it's great what they do. the only problem is that i find racing games to be the MOST fun when you CAN kill in them. i played a rocket rally racing game on BG with a couple friends on xbox, best halo matches ever. more laughs and more fun than i have ever had. hard part is that the race clans keep their servers from killing, so no online fun there. still, if u ever get a chance, try it.

yea they r, but they're really annoying in some situations, when 2 guys were chasing me and i go inside the building to relod then guess whos behind the corner a camper and another camper jumps down from the ceiling hole thing and there i am with 4 out of 8 of the people on the other team chasing me in the base i woulda had normally 2 people and probably lived and 1 of the campers had a rocket launcher and when he killed me he killed the two guys that were chasisng me in the first place .lol

More than 70% of the so called "skilled" players use hack. Every game, UT, Halo, GOW, etc are just playgrounds for hackers. The ONLY way you will ever get a clean game is to play someone else in your own living room. Online is mega-hax.

I personally can't fucking stand it when people use aimbots. Especially when those same people start calling everyone else n00bs. My solution for this problem is to sightjack them to find out for sure if they are botting, then I load up my own aimbot and snipe there asses to show them how it feels. Yes, I know it's cheating, but it's the only time I use bots. Sometimes you have to pay close attention when sightjacking because some botters are slick and the snap isn't that obvious.

Don't get me wrong. I usually don't have a problem with botters as long as they're honest about it. There are some servers where everyone bots, and it's fuckin' fun! But the ones I hate are people who try to pretend as if they are bad ass at Halo and everyone else sucks. They do it just to piss people off. And that to me is just a really cheap and weak way to entertain yourself. Kinda like the kid killing ants with a magnifying glass, except instead of ants it's killing other gamers' fun.

There's one more thing I'd like to add about dealing with botters who lie about botting. In my experience, most botters don't like it when someone on the opposing team is also botting, because it ruins their fun. They want to be the most powerful one on the server, so if you kill them back-to-back with your own bot, they will eventually just leave. In fact, everytime they see your name on a server they'll leave. Had it happen to me 3 times in the past month since I DL'd my own aimbot. lol : )

Lol... hypocrite. The best way to stop bots is to have servers that can detect when a person is using a bot. Then they'll get kicked. Unfortunately, that hasn't happened yet. But I can understand what you're saying.
