Terrorsaur was only killed off because Waspinator was so popular - if Waspinator wasn't so loved by the fans, he would've died and Terrorsaur would've lived on. That's why Waspinator was never a Transmetal, and why he never had any episodes centred around him in series 2+3, and why he had little character development. However, Terrorsaur apparently had many episodes in later series centred around him. Oh yeah, and Terrorsaur sounded so cool when he shrieked 'Terrorsaur, TERRORISE!'

the episode at the beginning is called power surge other clips come from: Before the storm, beast wars part 1, fallen comrades, chain of command, double jeopardy, beast wars part 2, the low road, other voices part 2, and aftermath. and I think that's it. also I listed those episode in the order they appeared in this video.

ya i have read up on my fair share of reviews and info sites and a majority of info is from the creators of the show and so they say that Terrorsaur is infact the descendant of starscream like a direct descendant apparently you would think he'de be smarter and also i found out that terrorsaur may have survived the writers are saying that theres a good possibility he did because he was relatvly strong to begin with so the lava might have super charged him enough that it didn't kill him...

If you look at his arm when he sinks, you can see the white glow that surrounded the others when they becoming transmetal. Apparently there was going to be an entire episode dedicated to his return, but they scrapped the idea. Which kind of sucks because he was a pretty cool character.

Yep, Optimus Primal is Optimus Prime, Megatron is Galvatron, Tarantulas is Unicron, Rattrap is Arcee, Terrorsaur is Starscream and Waspinator is Shrapnel.

I love Terrorsaur. He will always be in my favourite transformers of all time along with Dinobot, Galvatron, Inferno, Rattrap and Beast Wars Scorponok.

Later in the TF saga, for the "good guys," the term "Optimus" becomes more of a title than a name. Comparative example: Captain Picard is not Captain Kirk, even though they both are called "Captain." Optimus Primal is NOT Optimus Prime.

Starscream was in a show yes, but you could have easily seen that Terrorsaur is indeed his decendant in the episode "Power Surge" he wants full power and control over his fellow predacons (decepticons for Starscream) and destroy Megatron with traitory.

I know Starscream was in one episode (actually 2), and that Terrorsaur's voice actor did his voice in that episode (the original Starscream actor died in 1994 I believe), but I don't think there's ever a point that directly says they're related.

Just because they ACT alike doesn't mean that they are related. Remember, when the creators of Beast Wars first started, BW wasn't canon. But as they read up on G1 they saw how they could make it canon. Terrorsaur I think is intended to be the "Star Scream" archetype of the show, but is no more related to G1 Star Scream than Armada Star Scream is.

Waspinator and Dinobot were my favorite characters from Beast Wars but Terrorsaur was cool because not only did he look cool in robot mode, but I think he was sort of an homage to Starscream. They should have gotten rid of Scorponok and Blackarachnia, all the other Predacons like Tarantulas, Waspinator, and Inferno were all either too entertaining or cool to get rid of.
