I have a macbook. I've been working with reason 4.0 for about 5 months. I also have recycle 2.1. A few days ago i bought reason record. When i set it up in my macbook record. My reason devices some of um was not in the rack with record.
@fortgreene31 Reason 4.0.1 must be registered to the same Propellerhead User Account as Record, and must be authorized for use with Record. Thereafter, your Reason devices will show up in Record. The authorization procedure is in the Record Help File (Introduction > Running Record in combination with Reason). There's also a video tutorial on Propellerhead's website that shows how to do this.
Absolutely. In fact, you can use 3 monitors. It is possible to have the Sequencer on one monitor, the Rack on another monitor, and the Mixer on a third monitor. Of course, if you only have two monitors, you can have the mixer on one monitor and the rack and sequencer sharing the other.
Reverse and pich are 2 of the basic fetures others Audio Softwares have. Its nonsense not to have it in record. I love this "mashine" but i can use it cz of that! I can't understand.
Hello! How about to reverse an audio track....to stretch it..or to pitch it up or down? Can u crossfade 2 audio clips..or normalize it?
If record can do those simple things...its the best audio-midi unit in the world.. But if its not, then will be a Biiiiig problem for proffesional musicians!!
To crossfade, join 2 clips, then double-click and (very easily) make the crossfade in the Comp Editor. Time stretching can be turned on or off on a per-clip basis. Normalize is available only on bounce. Record doesn't have pitch shift, and does not offer a reverse audio feature (other than when triggering an audio file within the NN-XT Sampler). However, Record is designed to bounce out and import audio with the greatest of ease, for collaboration or when you need a tool not found in Record.
1st of all ..Thnx 4 reply!! 2nd. Reverse and pich shift is the very basics others Audio Software have. I realy can't imagine where is the problem Record to has those simple and basic things.. :( I like this "maschine" sooo much...but i can't use it cz of these problems. So i thing the same for others professional musicians.. Its nonsense. :((
