@Cruz99999: that's because they were not allowed to use Pacino's face for this game since he had a contract with scarface which allowed only them to use his face.

No he was the one who punched Michael at the hospital. The one who grabbed the main character, Aldo, in the scene was the one who was thrown off the roof.
