if its recorded in a studio, then some of the instrument mics are going to pic up voices/sounds from other parts of the room ... not every mic is completely seperate

I'm afraid this is not official. You must have acquired the multitracks from Guitar Hero and removed the track containing the vocals. I can tell because there are some background instruments missing and they were present in the track that you removed. Also, one can still barely hear some of the vocals that were not perfectly separated in the multitracks. The "Renegades" instrumentals are real, though.

@phaddephadde I can also hear some voices, and I don't know if anyone have figured this out, cuz I didn't read all the comments, but I think that this is made with a program called Audacity... practically u can make an instrumental from any mp3 with it.. thou I'm not sure. Then again, while working with it I've experienced that same kind of thing, those voices in the background, that the program can't efficiently erase and make a flawless instrumental. Still no luck finding an official one...
