  • GOD NEEDED U MORE

  • Amazing man, he fought for his country and got what he wanted. AMAZING. he gave his life for us to have a peaceful world and if it wasn't for him our world wouldn't be the way it is now.

  • does any1 no wot the background music is that starts at 1.34 and then plays again a few times in the vid send us a message if u do or u hav it thanks

  • In this world heavy stones (like Martin Luther King) are perished and light, foolish filth is left on the surface of the ocean.

  • ......

  • The reason why he was shot dead is because whites don't like to see a black man who has power. King was non violent and wanted everyone to get along. All whites want to do is rule the world and think only whites should live on this earth.

  • That is what ignorant people want, but ignorance has no color and neither does racial prejudice.

  • you are generalizing, and that is racist as well. And that is not what MLK preached, ALL men are created equal. There is hate and violence in every race and culture, wen need to come together and be aggressively seeking peace in this fallen world.

  • We are equal. Dare to dream and someday it will come true. Dream.

  • HALLELUJA!

  • You guys should read up on MLK. He plagiarized his PhD dissertation. Yup, it's on Wiki. He stole someone else's work and took credit for it. MLK was a fraud. Sometimes the truth hurts, sorry...

  • Wow you're an idiot. Do you believe that the idea of the Declaration of Independence was originally conceived by Thomas Jefferson? Or do you believe that our founding fathers are the epitome of morality? Yea, I don't think so. Hurts doesn't it. And if you're going to believe everything what wiki tells you than you're even a bigger idiot than I thought. Go look up on how wiki gets its materials.

  • (My current and previous posts are in response to 1000BastT) Go f***ing read "A People's History of the United States" and tell me if his accusations of plagiarism still matter.

  • Where is the love?

  • I really do respect Martin Luther King. But i do not like the fact that ppl don't recognize the major influence that had powered martin luther on his quest to civil rights movement. It was Mahatma Gandhi. If it wasn't for mahatma gandhi, martin luther would've never been successful. Gandhi's ideas (nonviolence) and universal principles had profound impact on martin luther. Mahatma gandhi was a hindu, and his ideas came from hinduism. Everyone must respect Gandhi, and HINDUISM.

  • it is not the fact that the people don't recognize. it is that they do not know. nobody denies it. it was one great pioneer followed by another great pioneer. inspiration, leadership, power. wonderful.

  • im sorry

  • you just contradicted yourself in john 7:24

  • IN GOD WE TRUST

  • Yea, because God so loves enslavement! I mean, it's not like he smote Pharaoh for refusing to release the Israelites from slavery or anything.

  • Do you have empty space where your brain should be? Yes, you do.

  • Yes, that is really Christian-like behavior....

  • Where in those verses does Jesus tell YOU to bring destruction? Yes he says that it is HIS, and HIS FATHER'S business to bring about destruction and fire but nowhere does it tell Christians that they should. Matthew 5:39 and Matthew 26:52 both contradict your view of a "true Christian."

  • Deuteronomy 23:3-8 say nothing about racial mixing. God tells the Israelites that they should not interact with the Moabites or Ammonites because they would not give the Israelites food or water when they were journeying out of Egypt. Those same verses tel the Israelites they should not despise the Egyptians or Edomites. In Numbers 25:1-25 the Israelites broke that decree from God and began mingling with the Moabites so God smote them. What were you referencing in "Deuteronomy 5:1-7:16"?

  • Does someone know where I can download a copy of this for my morning news at my school?

  • Try downloading through google the VDOWNLOADER program, it's really easy to use. It downloads every video u want.

  • ok you know that he lead many people to freedom to the promise land anf if you are you are going to treat him cuz the coulor of his skin you are the wrong person for God's reason to have white tan and blch people on earth..... please reply if you belive in him and what he did.i'm not black but if a was I would be amazed in what you just said so just think REALLY THINK on what he did.

  • Also, George Washington the man who fought for America and who was our first president doesnt have a day, he has Presidents day! Whooo! Why does MLK get a day? If he hadn't been murdered no one would remember him. But, still i still don't think he deserves a day.

  • A couple things. MLK didnt even write the "I have a dream speech" someone else did they just asked him to read it. He plagerized his way through college and his really name is Michael King. NOT Martin Luther King Jr. Because his dads real name is michael(and nicknamed "daddy" king) so, if you think you know MLK? You don't, he honestly did nothing. Truman did, Truman gave blacks civil rights not MLK. So he gave speeches, big whoop? Many people have, lets have days for them too!

  • What god do you serve? I would like for you to give me one verse in the Bible where God or Jesus, or any of the prophets spoke against interracial "mixing." Your ignorance astounds me; you call yourself a follower of light when you are truly headed for the smoky depths of the abyss. Jesus said "Judge not, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven" It is not your place, nor mine to judge this man or any other.

  • On another note, Jesus also said "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God." If you do not believe that MLK was a peacemaker then you are strikingly more unintelligent than I originally thought. Please read your Bible a little more closely; the worlds would be such a better place if more people behaved in an educated and civilized manner. May the blessings of God be with us all! Peace, Love, and Equality!

  • amen brother! Finally I have a chance to agree with someone in a comment, usually even people on our side use vulgar words and debate in stupid ways. God bless you

  • Treyb09, ever heard of the tower of Babel(spelled wrong i know...) God made all people diffrent so we can BE differnt. He said "Love thy neighbor" but if he wanted all humans to be the same he would have MADE US THE SAME!

  • Iownall794 do you know why God destroyed the Tower of Babel and scattered the people of the Earth? The people building the tower said in Genesis 10:4 "Come, let us build ourselves a city and a tower with its top in the sky. Let us make a name for ourselves; otherwise we be scattered over the face of the whole Earth." God was angered by their vain attempt at self-glorification, for they were putting there own self-image before God. So it wasn't the cooperation of the people, but their vanity.

  • Hurray 4 MLK!

  • MLK, it wouldn't be the same if you weren't there. So look around. Aren't there many people of many different races? Many different races That ARE your FRIENDS? If MLK wasn't there, only the white race would exist in the United States.

  • OMG U r dead. U and ur friend Malcom X

  • MLK, the truth.

  • Do you share a brain with someone?

  • To hi1mJackScagnetti, GROW UP. You damn internet gangster.

  • something for obama to suck up to

  • his "i have a dream" speech always makes me tremble in awe...

such a great man. let freedom ring!

  • Absolutly beautiful, thank you for showing this. Much respect to you.
