@ShaunMacSound Cheers! Well, I owned it for around a year but sold it on again as it was too cumbersome to take gigging, and it is huge in the house, too. The sound was obviously gorgeous though, and I do miss it! If you've got the space for it, I'd definitely recommend getting one and locking yourself away with it!

@tyleryesta1 Thanks - this was just how it came actually. I wasn't impressed with how it sounded at all - it probably sounds fine but I am quite particular with how I like them to sound. I adjusted everything after this, and then I was much happier with it :D

Its good to see how the Rhodes pianos have a "comeback". It was a periode you could get a Rhodes very cheap(the Yamaha DX-7 periode).

@anymajordude74 Hey, thanks for the encouragement :) At the moment though, my heart leads me to the 'classical' realm and I'm working on the first 5 Goldberg Variations by Bach as well as some Partitas, and a sonata by Beethoven. In fact I haven't so much as listened to the Dan for a couple of months!

For the recording? No, there's no amp it is directly out of Logic Pro 8. It would sound better with a preamp though.

you deserve to play a rhodes. this one is not sounding great but that has nothing to do with your playing. tighten the tuning and you'll be alright. donald fagen and walter becker would still be proud. YEAH!
