@coolcon2000 Yep that's how it was done, I have to admit that I got the idea from another user who made a video called "The Jag" The time lapse is my idea though lol Yeah I wish the game had more camera views too, less views/options than in previous Driver games & it's strange that they showed new camera views in the trailer for the Film Director but these got removed!
I really need an HD PVR. File share videos for Driver have to be tiny in order to upload. And the director options are far to limited. The intro to this video does a good job showing what could be with the games built in director mode if it only were more beefy.
@RobMKeh The answer is probably Fraps on a PC (possibly with the 'funky angles camera' or whatever it's called selected) to get as much footage as you want, at a decent quality. Then you could edit it down with something like VirtualDub and also have any audio + voices etc in the video.
@RobMKeh I totally agree with you, I would love if the Film Director was more advanced I was really looking forward to using it but was kind of a let down to be honest. It would be great if I could save the a HD file to the PS3 hard drive. I can't seem to get my uploads on Driver Club, worked once but it removes film grain effect and shattered glass effect when cars crash.
@g0uveia1 Thanks glad you liked it, my most recent video features a Dodge Viper car chase with Thin Lizzy music with some audio from Driver1 added too. if you would like to check that out too :)
Jesus fuck the golden gate bridge looks retarded in this game. They seriously didn't make any attempt to make "San Francisco" even remotely accurate

good video but why screen is moved??
grzesiek2321 4 months ago
@grzesiek2321 The top section of the video is blacked out so the film director controls are not visible,
