ted ginn is a realy good wr and i think he will have his breakout year this year hes very very fast and one of the fastest wr's in the league he is explosive and a force to be reckon with
Ginn sucks a blind man could see that but he is faster then Chris, Ginn was a huge track star in high school with multiple national and state records,he ran the fastest unofficial 40 with a time of 4.06 and also he had a ankle injury coming into the combine and still ran in the 4.3's, tough call though Chris might win a sprint but I would give Ginn the edge in a longer race.
Ginn isnt slow, but he has slow feet. Once he gets going hes gone, but hes not a quick guy. He doesnt have good start and stop speed, he just has one speed and thats blazing fast. He doesnt make a lot of guys miss, he just runs right by them.

NOT EVERY KICK RETURNER HAS TO BE DEVIN HESTER.
Some people can do something OTHER than kick return. Devin Hester is the next Dante Hall, and nobody remembers Dante Hall.
