omg ok just so everyone knows, THIS IS REAL! you need patent shoes, which are sold for low prices. once u have those they are like boots but they have latches on the bottom that can hook on to a nail or sumthing strong that will lonnk u and the boots in place, the boots also help u lean because they are tall

I used my Army Assault Boots as they have really good ancle support. I then tied them to a counter-balance. Hope this helps anybody trying to re-create this stunt. :)
