Sadly the sixth part is blocked by EMI. Jim wasent convinced by the new-born Euro-preachers, and rightly chose to move to Singapore.... the whole "European values" thing didnt turn out sufficiently strong did it... The Euro is now history after breaking every principle in its treaty, the dollar is also toast and the EU is an a deadlock... 7 years later Marc smokes his herb of choice in Chang-Mai and I guess his daughter will survive regardless how few hours she works..
WTF? This guy is making a problem from the fact that the treaties heve to be translated into 9 new languages. They translated into maltese in five days... It is our duty to make Europe work.

I love these kind of interviews. Or maybe I should say discussions. The setting is relaxing and it's really informative.

Jim Rogers is too focused on the short term bottom line - the Europeans tend to look at profits long term and the common good.
I feel any economic model to succeed long term has to take in the common good.

Hong Kong SAR is down because China has subordinated its importance to other Chinese Economic Investment Zones
(China decides largely what venue is built up and which is embargoed as the case of Taiwan)
