  • really informative and interesting

  • what a realistic robot

  • Spock in da hizzouse!!!

  • looks like an overgrown Twiggy.

  • Yes, yes, Spock in a robot show. Classic.

But I want to know who this girl is; she's BEAUTIFUL! She definitely has a total Natalie Portman thing going on. I really like her. I love her eyes hair the whole bit. And her earnestness. very Portman.

  • Please does anybody know the name of the music at the very beginning?

  • How far will humankind go in the advancement of artificial intelligence. We need to be very careful. Very, very careful. The military has drones.

  • This robot needs to be on To Catch a Predator...

Robot: "Take a seat right there... bas-tard"

Pedo: "I'm so sorry, i'll never do this again"

Robot: "you are cor-rect... you will be termin-a-ted. Do you have any last words?"

Pedo: "yeah, is this cool aid?"

  • luv lenard nimoy

  • Comment removed

  • The scene with the little girl at the beginning is a reenvisioning of the original Frankenstein movie where the Monster throws the little girl in the pond the way

she's throwing daisies in the pond unknowingly being responsible for drowning her rather than saving her from drowning. Isaac Asimov Robotics Law demo.

  • SPOCK!!!

  • @KafelObrotowy It is not logical.

  • Wow, television's first Pedobot.

  • Nimoy was also in the remake, how cool is that!

  • The 4 people that gave this version a thumbs down must like Will Smith's version. I prefer these old episodes.

  • It's...It's....Mr. Roboto! Quick! Run!

  • Pointy ears goblin!

  • PREPOSTEROUS! ROBOTS CANT GO IN WATER!

  • Mr Spock!! Cool!

  • I think this is from One Step Beyond, which had no spooky intro.

  • Fascinating :-)

  • '

what did a robot said to cops in the house,,,

that robot saved a girl from the river

  • Has anyone got the 1995 version of outer limits I robot up loaded on Youtube?

  • Hunting a robot with a pitch fork.

    Brilliant.

  • I love these old shows, they had a class and originality to them that is just wonderful.

  • They should have tortured that robot by plunging its face into acid.

  • Where the hell's Will Smith?!

  • holy crap was leonard nimoy ever that young lol.that robots pretty cool but i bet he cant put a rowntrees fruit pastle in its mouth without chewing it

  • @markuk40tftc

You should see the 50s Dragnet episode where Nimoy played a teenage criminal

  • Howard Da Silva who played the lawyer related to this script about false accusations. It was his first work in years, having been a victim of Joe Mcarthey's blacklisting.

  • Sheriff : " what happened ?"

Little Girl : " the tin man hurt me "

Sheriff : " He tried to kILL you..."

    What the Hell?!

THAT'S how you calm a terrified kid down ?!?

  • Spock??

Guys, have you never seen the original Mission: Impossible??

Hint: TV's original 'Paris' did not sit at the helm on a starship.

  • cool spock showed up

  • "Spock"

  • i saw the flip flops n gave up.

  • In the 60s we thought this was a bad imitation of the twilight zone. These shows are better in Black and White

  • In the 60s we thought this was a bad imitation of the twilight zone

  • "You stay with the girl and then they all left." HAHAHAHAHA

  • Spock

  • Is this the one with the robot named Adam?

  • mmm Leonard Nimoy is so sexy...^^

  • SPOCK IS VERY EMOTIONAL IN THIS ONE.

  • this is shit

  • They even have pitchforks!

  • This intro and music is wrong. What's up with that?

  • @TheMrBlinx This is strange, suddenly the title is all wrong, this is not part 1.

  • @TheMrBlinx Oh wait a minute, it's be too long since I watched this so I didn't remember how it started, no it's right. I haven't seen any other intro than this but it could have been changed for the season, it's common.

  • @MissMael Starting at 2:38, the short music is wrong. Also, there are a lot of words missing. Go listen to another and you'll see the difference. It could be, as you say, a seasonal thing. Probably a later season, because the first seasons had the full thing.

  • @TheMrBlinx The Theme Music was changed for the second season

  • @TheMrBlinx The production team of Villa Di Stefano and Dominic Frontier changed and so did the music and intro. For the worst in my opinion. Dominic Frontier's music from the 1st series is the best of all time of any sci fi series I feel. Ithink he also composed the music for a later series 'Quinn Martin's 'The Invaders'. Another great score.

  • @wiltner sorry his name is spelled Frontiere.

  • @wiltner Thank you for clearing that up. Now, I know. :-)

  • @TheMrBlinx you are welcome. I have the 2 box sets. Addicted! Lol

  • wut u mean leonard nimoy? wasn't he the guy from the old transformers movie

  • @Xethcher GALVATRON!!!!

  • @Xethcher mr. spock

  • pedophile robot

  • Domo Oregato, Mr Roboto, they gonna blow your brains out.

  • SPOCK looked to this robot as inspiration.

  • the original I ROBOT!

  • young "SPOCK" lol

  • this movies shit i want my money back

  • @TheNormanPrince

lol they tricked you heavily, because this isn't even a movie :D

  • why didnt he just call cap'n kirk to beam down and kick the robots as.s?

  • @dwilmer7 No. cpt Kirk was shooting greemlins on his plane on Twilight Zone xD

    Watch Nightmare at 20.000 feet

  • @fsan2005 yes thats right!! Cap'n Kirk was the original loony guy on that twilight zone episode.

  • GOD BLESS ASIMOV!! The perfect example of INTELIGENT lifeform....

  • Da little snitch bitch told on teh robot KILL HER!

  • A robot that needs two arms to lift a child? Gimme a break lol

  • This awesome episode was made into that cheesefest movie with Will Smith, I Robot, how lame!

  • mmmm, leonard nimoy was hot

  • Great show, if you watch and are disappointed by the clarity of the film grain or the realism of the monster then I think your probably watching it for the wrong reasons, and greatly missing the point in enjoying fantastic seminal nostalgic TV such as this. Loves it.

  • awesome lenord nemoy!

  • robots are not and will never be human.

  • So true!

  • and neither will you, homosapien

  • @D31u5i0n >implying bong human is a good thing

  • They will be better!!! Just like machines are stronger, they will be smarter.

  • @Knitonepurl2 While it's true that robots will never become human, humans are becoming more and more robotic -- constantly attached to their cellular chattering devices and iPods, iPads, et cetera. I would say more, but that is beyond the parameters of my programming.

  • @Knitonepurl2

yes, but what would you call them if you couldnt tell a robot and human apart?

    hypothetical speaking, of course.

  • ''this is the space age''

  • @Knitonepurl2 so they will never be gaping full of shit arse holes then

  • It's funny how people back then perceived robots and their idea of how a robot looks and talks. Nevertheless, 50 years from now I'm sure people will be saying the same thing about us now.

  • But at the moment we do have robots.

    Well, kind of

  • The 90's version staring Leonard Nimoy had a better robot.

  • Really? Wow, I never would have realized that special effects and modeling techniques might improve during a thirty year gap.

  • ya thats true

  • the only thing scarey here are the humans, the robot he's programmed not to hurt a human.

Why is that we fear things that are different from us?

  • Because we do not know the capabilities of the entity and may not have control over it.

  • Because we do not know the capabilities of the entity and may not have control over it.

  • oooh, Howard da Silva? Niiice! I loved him as Ben Franklin in 1776. Thanks for posting!

  • Thank you for the uplode.

  • Wow Leonard Nimoy before the Star Trek years, I only ever seen him in Night Gallery and one other show, where he played a bad guy, they weren't very good parts, wow he can actually act :o

  • You don't remember him on mission impossible?

  • I guess you could feed the thing bread and oil?

  • i met tht robot at a party once in cornwall in 79. he's a pretentious ass in real life but a really good banjo player ;)

  • Wow, you met the robot?!! :O I so totally envy you.

  • @munkytron

He also has a compartment where his ass should be, where you can ad some charcoal and cook a beer can chicken.

  • If you noticed nobody stayed with the little girl...

  • It looks like Al Roker....

  • The pitchfork is useless against the tin man monster...

  • up to the 23 second mark is so true it is horrifying to think of ourselves this way

  • see the remake episode they made its good too

  • Wow! Spock is so young haha!

  • This TV plot is a direct analogy of what we have going on in America RIGHT NOW. The freaked out establishment over reacting to a situation using fear to justify thier own act of brutality...see the resemblance to anything happening today boys and girls?!

  • Good analogies are timeless not tied to whats happening at this moment. This is another good one

  • ty so much for upload i love this episode so much

  • Marianna Hill is the cousin of General H. Norman Schwarzkopf.

  • What the hell is a pitchfork going to do to a robot?

  • Haven't you ever needed a needle to open up a CD drive on a laptop?

  • Thats true, it won't stop him going on an insane ramage but will be able to get your vista cd back. Where is the hole you stick in anyway?

  • Imagine using a pitchfork to either puncture a robots battery pack or poking out its eye sensors.

  • The pitchfork was provided so as to allow the slower members of the audience not to miss the Frankenstein's Monster reference, (as if the lilttle girl wasn't sufficient)

  • where can i find the new episode

  • I love how Nimoy returned to reprise this role in the 90s Outer Limits rendition of "I, Robot."

    Brilliant idea.

  • This is back when we had real television, not just a bunch of stupid stuff we have now.

Outer limits had the best writers.

  • does any1 know where the newer version of this is?

  • Strange seeing Leonard without his 'ears' LOL

  • PLease post the rest of this episode!! Thanks.
