  • How did you get that image to do that?

  • HDRI stands for what?

  • @enjoiskate11 It stands for High Dynamic Range Image. It's basically an image composed of the same photograph taken at several different exposure levels. Clever stuff.

  • Awesome! i cant find any new tutorials for the new yayfray export module so i have no idea how to use it

  • musta took a while to render, good example though :)

  • What program do u use?

  • he used blender 3d

  • What program do u use, and how long u create it?

  • how did you create the image? is a panorama picture with 360° pieced together from many images or just a few widescope shots?

i really like the idea, you can create accurate reflestions from any direction.

    nice work

  • it looks like such a ball you hang on christmas trees ... i dont know the correct word for that :) but i did mine with such a ball

  • So does this mean that you can move the camera everywhere you want on the image making it seem 3d?

  • The grey column, the monkey head and the two yellow balls are part of a 3D scene. The rest is a photograph mapped on to a sphere. So, yes. The camera is moving inside the scene.

  • @dodgydavec i was tryin to do it the same way, and i came here to ask you how to to it, great! im on the right way.. nice video!

    (sorry for bad english)

  • sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet

  • I like it!

  • Thank you :D

  • very nice dude

  • Thank you very much :D

  • just wondering.. what is HDRI......like yafray??

  • HDRI is and image with a high range of colour and exposure that is used to illuminate the scene through global illumination (it's the backdrop in this case)

  • H.igh D.ynamic R.ange I.mage ... you make it by taking three or more pictures of the same scene to capture the whole synamic range of the available light ... for example one that is so under exposed that the sky seems deep blue, one with normal exposure, and one that is so overexposed that the shadows are well exposed which means you lighten up the shadows ... everything else is made by PS :) you now have a picture that can simulate any exposure possible in this scene

  • Very Good!!! *_*

  • default*

  • lol the defauly mesh monkey head

  • I honestly can't remember where I got the HDRI. I must relocate it.

  • WERE YOU GET YOUR FIRST ONES I NEED SOME IM NEW TO THE PROGRAM??DARKSDI1234567890@YAHOO.COM

  • That's an awesome HDRI map you've got there. did you take it yourself, or, if not, where'd you get it from? All mine are old and used up. I need some new ones.
