is this laptop good?, does it have the problems that the TX1000 or TX2 series have?

It's a totaly different device aimed at totaly different consumers. It is more robust, the display is better, the batery lasts longer. It was way more expensive than a tx2000. It's performance is worse. (1.8" HDD; GMA; ULV-CPU) It does have a active digitizer but no touchscreen. It does not make much noise. It is not as hot as the tx2000. It is slimer. It doesn't have a ODD and no touchpad. It has got TPM and a HDD Protection System. It's a business device. The tx2x00 and Touchsmart tx2 is not.
