You don't happen to have a japanese version of this book, do you? Either in Romaji or Katakana/Hiragana or both? Because I really want to learn Japanese but I can't find any books in Japanese where I live. But not a Kanji version, because that is way too hard :P Please respond! :D

@MapleHue Try amazon. You can find a manga like Deathnote in original Japanese in no time, and if you don't mind buying second hand it's really cheap too.

@noxure I loved the Death Note animes, so I would definetly love the manga I'm sure! I will try this out. Do you think they are available in Romaji? Don't respond if you don't want to, I can google it later.

@MapleHue No, I don't think there's any manga published in Romanji.

It would be hard to plow through them if you don't know katakana/hiragana/kanji... but if you already know the story it helps. Shounen manga usually has small hiragana written next to the kanji, so you can decipher those.

You can also find some basic study books on Japanese online. The best way to learn a new language is just to dive into it. :-)
