Do you really think that 3 people on a sheet of plastic going backwards for a considerable distance and at speed actually meant to hit the bump?! But I suppose in these days of litigation, it wasn't an "accident", it was forseeable...next time they'll carry out a risk assessment maybe?!
that's no accident, that bump is there for that reason.
