I would love more than... well would love to have happen is an investigator filming crappy drivers and prove that there crashes and bad parkings are not accidents. Imagine seeing a 4 week time lapsed video of just one of these people parking. You will see more mishaps in that time period than a person should have in a lifetime.

Then mail the video to the driver with a note "Keep your ass off the road!"
