  • It felt like a month but I managed it in 25:20 , I did it to help me get lean, simply did two elements of the workout before my regular weights workout for a month , then upped it to three after a month, finally put all the pieces together . Pull ups were tough at first but as I got leaner they got easier . It's the best workout I've done when prepping for the beach !!

  • @whalin79 Nice work. Do you do the kipping pullups or just regular dead hang pullups?
