Yes, but I came here to see them compete, not some dude drawing their caricatures. The big red VS on the thumbnail indicates that there is some competition involved and the background has a flame pattern, which gives the feeling of something related to action or fighting. Instead, it's just another boring partner video.

It is still a drawing of Pacman and Kirby in a eating contest and it depicts them of over eating, so the "vs" is not unjust, and the title is Pacman vs Kirby (the battle of the over eaters) The background is just supposed to be bright, so you can see it.

So the thumbnail is not misleading, it is still what the video depicts.
