We keep losing our freedom and rights due to the goverment disregarding history and breaking it's own constitution but don't worry that's nothing new.....
Ron Paul Money Bomb! Ready Ames Fire! July 19th! Lets rid D.C of the same establishment trash we've had every 4 years and get a Constitutionalist statesmen in office instead of a pandering politician that puts his party before the American people! wwwdotronpaul2012dotcom FYI Ron Paul was endorsed by Ronald Reagan!
Love Ron Paul but he'll never be president because most Republicans are too blind, def, and dumb to vote for someone who actually change this country. I dont even agree with everything he says. I dont need to. There are plenty of people on all sides that will gladly vote for this guy. I think he should get rid of the Republican title and just go Independent. I think he'll kick way more ass and add more insult to injury if he won.
Maybe he touches a nerve in people because he treats people as individuals, rather than one group. And that is what we are, America over time began to develop a gang mentality. I'm a Republican I'm a Democrat, I'm a Liberal, I'm a Conservative. That we don't realize that our nation is a country in the middle. A country of B's and C students. No single person is one thing.
@HailRasec Then maybe you could explain it to me. In all honesty, I've been researching and there is no clear definition, and some of their ideas worry me just a bit. The big one is how, if we're going to reign in predatory gov't, how can we reign in harmful predatory big business. It seems all that I read is in favor of big business. But I can't see why, as big business can infringe upon people's rights just like big gov't.
@gustjorodedheo Big business can only infinge upon people's rights with the help of the government. All cases of business doing so have government help behind them. Also a lot of historical accounts that are anti free market have a lot of details left out or are just plain lies that the majority accept. The best example of this which we've all learned of is the standard oil company. Only government can force you to do things or take away your rights because it has a monopoly on violent force.
That's almost exactly what I said on Jesse Ventura's Fora video. I didn't address the issue of changing party allegiance. I'm not against the idea of a Paul/Ventura run as independents, but what about the idea of Paul/Ventura on a Libertarian ticket? The only issue with that is that some states don't recognize the LP on the ballot. Oh well.
One of the ONLY absolutely honest politician out there.... A true republican.... Not like the 'new' republican the party is full of.. I'd rather call myself a democrat then group myself with NEARLY any other republican than Ron Paul... He is genius.. If you don't believe that you don't understand politics...
With someone like Ron Paul all you have to do is believe in freedom. Most people don't understand because they have been educated by the state. Even if you went to a Privately funded school you still study subjects from a Government approved curriculum.
Government out I say, but I'm an extreme Libertarian.
The more they fuck up our government, and the more they do to destroy the constitution, the more visible their acts to do so will become. And I believe, the more alert the public will become.
As we begin to see what we are about to loose, we'll finally begin to value it! The right to LIFE, FREEDOM, LIBERTY, AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.
Without endless wars on this or that, endless dept, devalued monopoly money, lies and propaganda!
He hates it when people interrupt him with their clapping

Americans understanding of "libertarianism" is the extreme opposite of its true meaning, at least when the term or idea was conceived.

So between Ron Paul and Barack Obama, the best choice was the inexperienced , young, full of empty promises Obama?
When will America learn? I know we usually don't go for the guy who looks honest, but at a time like this Ron Paul was the only obvious.

Before government got in the business of safety nets, there were plenty of such networks: checkout the Mutual Aid Societies.

This man woke up something absolutely tremendous.
I believe he woke us up, or at least ignited a huge irreversible blaze. I think a major American revolution is in the works among us.
