if you watch carefully you can see that the karate ka is jumping from/behind a rock/hill. his feet disappear behind this rock, while the car covers the rock completely

1) the video isn't as old as its making out to be and 2) if you look at the part where he jumps over the car you will see that his knee actually goes through the car towards the end of the jump, therefore he jumped at an angle from the other side of the car. To back my point up, if he jumped over the car, why didn't the car crash into the mound of dirt used as a ramp to help gain height for the jump? Not what karate is about. In technical terms this video is a pile of donkey wank!

@noahwerede dude, do you really know something about karate? It is one of the best ways to exercise your body... do some karate for a few years and I'm pretty sure you'll do something like that and even more
