  • Can butter or lard be substituted for the Crisco? I don't have Crisco. I guess I could go out and buy some, but if I can sub with something I already have, that'd be great.

  • these biscuits came out awsome,served them with chicken fried steaks and southern white gravy...........excellent.gain­ed 5lbs,but is was worth it!!!
