There's something I don't get. Is Mister Krueger living in the dream world or the physical world in this series? I would think that the rain thing he did in the first part would mean he's in the dream world where he can do supernatural stuff, but in this part, he's scared of Jason cuz he knows he would lose if they conflicted, which would mean they're in the physical world, where Freddy doesn't have his dream powers. So, is Mr. Krueger in the physical world with his dream powers in this series?

Krueger is living in the physical world but he retains some of his dream powers and can use them against foes...like Jason.

In Freddys dead...when freddy was brought into the real world by his daughter Katherine, he could be physically hurt yet he still had some of his dream powers like when he appeared in his human form to Katherine Krueger.
