Tiny Tim certainly brings back memories of the weird and wonderful 60's where strangeness was celebrated. Even amidst all the craziness, he was unique...
Are you effing serious??? It was written by Max C. Freedman and James E. Myers in 1952 and is propably the most famous rock'n'roll song ever. Does Bill Haley ring a bell?
Citrus3000 you are such an idiot. Who the fuck do you think invented Rock 'N' Roll??? Bill Hailey and the Comets. This is Tiny's version of the START of Rock!
Whoa - so totally not what I expected. A nice surprise. Not exactly his genre, but still good. It's not the tremulous baritone, either. This guy was really versatile.
@TheSirdraven ummm this song is a perfectly natural voice...all of his songs are his voice he is able to sing falsetto which is a normal voice for a man. He likes to use his broad range to make his songs fun and that is why he is so great :)
@Neenawrr check the video "Tiny Tim duet" he plays a duet with himself, high voice versus normal voice (lower than the one in this Rock Around The Clock version). I love that performance.
In that first pic, he slightly reminds me of Weird Al...
