From what i see this band has a great time and enjoys puting out excellent tunes. Always amazes me when people jump on and bag people who are giving it a go. I don't get it. This Band has lost my credits with loosing Justice as great guitar player and a head of the band and second, seeing this - under international standards - poor bass player lady standing on stage while a few month pregnant. This is school band level but nothing to do with some great previous songs. Sorry ElemenOP, I'm European but this level is not matching any competitive standards

I think the crucial idea behind "they live" is that aliens are effectively brainwashing us. But in this song, yeah the billboard thing is similar but if you have looked at billboards and things in real life, they are all about buying this, or don't think about this instead watch this. I think the concept that advertising subliminally feeds us information is a fairly universal idea and just because they have used it doesn't necesarily mean they have ripped of the movie in my opinion
