  • I like this lady's spunk!

  • see this is why i stopped caring if i got stronger cuz theres ppl out there wh can deadlift, bench, and squat over 1000 pounds, point being that theres always someone stronger, im happy with the fact that i can carry a fridge or and electric fireplace, or a deepfreezer around, that shit comes in handy, but i mean ppl who want to lift cars so their friends can put the tire on, they have jacks for that,

  • LOL @ lifting that heavy and hearing the Numa Numa (Dragostea din tei) song.

  • Drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs drugs.

  • @sjunaz If you seriously think drugs (in this case, you're likely talking about steroids) are needed to deadlift 220kgx6 sumo style, you've obviously never put any serious effort into powerlifting.

  • @NutritiouslyHigh exactly.

  • Guys, sumo = less range of motion, more leg involvement - therefor it is easier, atleast for powerlifters who squat aswell and have powerful legs

  • @ZiItoid conventional is easier for me..... for sumo you gotta have strong glutes and hips.....

  • I wonder how many reps she would do if her feet were closer together (greater range of motion) instead of stupendously wide apart, thus shortening her range?

As for hang grip, I have to give it to hand, I can't lift 4 plates without using straps and I've never touched 5 plates.

  • @darkknight17 sumo is just as tough as regular due to different muscles being used,

  • @MrJervilla No, most people can lift more weight on sumo. Less ROM, so the bar has less distance to travel. More emphasis on the legs than the back. People have increased their max deadlift by 100 lbs or more just by switching from traditional to sumo.

  • @NutritiouslyHigh depends on the person. ur generalizing everyone. and if sumo is easier why are the two highest deadlifts ever both regular deadlifts?

  • she´s a great girl ! all thumbs up !!

  • respect

  • Thats a Sumo Deadlifts, which is 2 times easier then the regular one.

  • @ZiItoid In what way do you explain that the world record in deadlift was set in regular style

  • @rafalp2224 Its females, I do not give a fuck.

  • @ZiItoid

fucking not, i can deadlift more in regular style !

  • @MrCyanogen Then your lower back is extremely weak.

  • @ZiItoid

I don´t think so, i tried lifting in both styles, but i´m stronger in regular style than in sumo ...

but it´s not only me, benedikt magnusson holds the world record in dl ( i think 1015lbs) in regular style without suit ... andy bolton, # 2, also regular style ...

i don´t think they could lift more in sumo ...

just a small group of people can lift more in sumo than regular ...

  • @ZiItoid bull shit

  • nice job aneta, my favourite girl :p

  • steroids dont make your grip stronger?

    HAHAHAHA

friendly reminder: weed dont make your brain smarter

  • kurva

  • That was freakin amazing! well done!!!

  • Animal!

  • NICE, she puts me to shame, gotta get back after my knees are sorted. tadoc009 it is you who shld be in the kitchen now >.< she is def gotta be on something thou, for a girl to lift that insane.

  • Great.

  • Wow dude she just lifted 5 guys like Steroidsr4losers....Great lift anyway

  • Does that thing even count as a woman?

  • 6x220 = 1.42 tons

  • numa numa... not my first choice in lifting music...

  • Is she lifting that bare handed I lift 415 pounds a couple times and my grip gives out cause of the weight pressing against my skin

  • Shiiet, i would feel ashemed of myself if she would pump thats shit at our gym..

  • fucking monster

  • she can lift me by my stone cock anytime

  • I have people that deadlift liek the train is passing under them

  • Μy respect to this lady..her hands are a lot smaller than mine and she can lift 220 kg!! i would to make a bradefer with her..

  • Legend !

  • Crazy

  • But does she cooK??

  • Whats with all these women jokes, this girl will make you her bitch and youll be the one in the kitchen make her sandwiches

  • @jlojlo4166363 Tell 'em!

  • ok good now bench press it.

  • @RandarserousRex are you one of these 'how much you bench' people? you go deadlift this for six.....

  • @RandarserousRex Bench press is an overrated, injury causing, useless exercise for people who want to lay down when they workout,

  • @shniddles and get a huge strong chest. useless? ur comment is useless

  • @MrJervilla There are many more efficient and effective ways of building a strong chest. I merely commented on the bench press. It became popular when I was younger because it was easier to do, and it caused a cosmetic effect. It has also been found to create shoulder injuries overtime. I'd rather have a FUNCTIONAL strong chest than bodybuilder boobiies. Was this of any use to you?

  • @shniddles what other more effecve and efficient ways are there? if u do it right shoulder injuries usually dont happen. and im a bodybuilder so ill go with those "boobies" lol

  • @MrJervilla Uh...there called "pushups."

  • @shniddles lol a pushup is more efficent that a bench press??

  • @MrJervilla At Bodybuilding? No.

  • @shniddles in any way?

  • @MrJervilla At biulding functional strength. Yes.

  • @shniddles what is ur definition of functional strength?

  • @MrJervilla U gotta be kidding me.

  • @shniddles nope nope

  • @MrJervilla U obviously have some knowledge.Y ask questions u already know the answers to? If u don't, just google "functional strength." If a something fell EXACTLY on my chest, perhaps bench press training would come in handy, 4 any other situation, a properly performed pushup trains the entire body for day to day life.

  • @shniddles i wanted ur definiton. but i do see ur point

  • @MrJervilla Thank you, sir. One of the few times I have ever had a evolved difference of opinion with someone on Youtube. You've reaffirmed my faith in people. Good luck with your training and have great day.

  • @shniddles lol thanks, u too

  • Those were some nice lifts!!!!

  • What the fuck does her appearance have to do with the fact she just lifted 488lbs x 6.

Nothing. It just means she's really fucking strong.

  • AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

  • I'd suck her dick any day.

  • dobre dobre

  • I really feel bad right now. :)

  • Carrot top changed his name to Aneta?

  • Numa Numa in the background

  • Strongman..STRONGMAN!! that just tells u right there! she's meant to be a woman?

  • Very good very strong :)

  • thats real "girl-power"....very good form on every rep!!! amazing

  • Orthodox or sumo, that was amazing! Not once but SIX TIMES!! I like how you kept your hips low and maintained good posture.

  • Okay, this is to all you haters out there in Internet-land. Aneta is by no means a huge woman, in fact she's about average weight and size, but very well-conditioned and athletic. Even so, her hands are relatively small, and, at least as far as I can tell, steroids don't make your grip any stronger. Considering her hand size, the fact that she can pull well over a 500# DL is freakin' amazing. This is a top 1% world-class athlete, so give some fucking respect!

  • @Dayga steroids dont make your grip stronger lmfao. of course they do. you idiot

  • @Dayga shes so ugly, and unfuckable

  • @Dayga The Internet = Serious Business

  • @Dayga You are right about hand strength and steroids, IMHO

  • @Dayga roids are synthethic testosterone , so u are basically upgraded or LEVELED UP , that dosent mean roids only build strenght , or roids only muscle size , or stamina , build all of your entire potential , the rest is your training

  • @sdfefde Not disagreeing with you, but in the case of Aneta it's obvious she doesn't have unusually large hands, and the benefit (if any) to her grip strength from taking steroids won't be particularly substantial. Aneta is by every measure a gifted athlete, and her grip strength is quite unusual. I've been lifting from one end of the globe to the other (I was in the military for 35 years) and have never seen a woman of her stature pull 500# for reps without using wraps.

  • @Dayga look tom martin the male version of grip thing

  • @sdfefde Thanks, bro -- just viewed Martin's epic DL video and have to admit he's supernatural. Perfect form...and his back is hydraulic!

  • @Dayga fuck off you idoit.shes using the steroids.respect my fucking ass.typical dumb ass american

  • @027ravman59 My hunch is she can outlift you even without using steroids.

  • @027ravman59 Typical conceited, ignorant, generalization asslown.

    Amidoingrite?

Steroids or not, you have to work incredible hard. They don't just instantly make you strong--they increase growth and reduce recovery time when stimulated by exercise.

So she needs to, you know, still work incredibly hard to get those kind of levels, even if she's on steroids.

Educate yourself, instead of being a generalizing bafoon.

  • @Dayga there is no way in the world she weights only 60KG because thats the averge female weight even less maybe. i'd give her 75-80 she looks big but not huge, not to regarde props but no way shes under 72

  • @Dayga Much respect to her and I'm not criticising her ability but steroids definitely do improve grip.

  • @kinkykirby I don't know.... Just for the argument's sake, even if they do improve grip strength, it really can't amount to a whole lot. Anita's grip must be like a freakin' vise!

  • sumo grip is obviously for pussies.

  • i can lift more than her on the deadlift but pound for pound she may be stronger than me

  • Ето пиздец,я в ахуе!!!

  • I couldn't do one with that weight. What a strong woman!

  • Damn carrot top is pretty strong

  • is it easier to deadlife with higher weights when you your feets stands distally from each other rather than in the middle?

  • @Sm0keddhany It kinda depends upon where your weak point in your deadlift are. The best way to go about it is one way try em sumo (like she's doing) and the next week standard (feet close). See what feels better and where you get more weight, but of course make sure you're doing both with proper form. Check out the elitefts page on here for deadlift form tips

  • @LeeTheGreat100 ok thanks :_)

  • Wow, that is damn impressive, I wonder what her weight is.

  • and not even touch'n go, awesome!

  • Too bad he has his feet so wide he only has to lift it an inch off the ground.

  • @KeldanByrd it's a girl smart ass..;)

  • @menjocke LOL could have fooled me.

  • i prefer conventional pulls but great for a girl

  • Jeeze carrot top has really put on the pounds xD

  • Awww "Hell Nawww!":O

  • song O-Zone - Dragostea Din Tei‏

  • NUMA NUMA gets me pumped too

  • I used to think no woman can kick my ass.... I take that back.

  • the thing that scares me the most in this world , are chicks that are buff

  • All quads

  • PRZECIEŻ TO JEST FACET

  • thats a weird lookin kitchen.

  • @thadoc009 kitchen my ass! im still questioning if this is a girl!!

  • @thadoc009 I am sick of these kitchen jokes......these's laundry to be done

  • @thadoc009 She'll have your ass making the sandwiches.

  • @thadoc009 Russian kitchen maybe?

  • @9008igor i meant you clearly know very little about performance enhancers, i made no judgement about your knowledge of powerlifting. and again i dont know this lifter, and maybe she is on them. but that really doesn't make a difference. what im saying is don't try to diminish her work by just giving all the credit to steroids.

  • @9008igor to deadlift 480 lbs. (220 kilo) for 6 reps does not require steroids or any kind of PED.

obviously i dont know this athlete personally, so i dont know whether they are or are not on steroids. but the feat itself is well within reach of someone with the dedication and motivation to work to reach it.

so please stop talking about a subject you obviously know nothing about.

  • 220kg = 484 lbs

  • I only do 184 kg .......my life is over

  • numa numaaa!!

  • i feel ashamed for my 150kg deadlift...

  • @Ghahu Right there with you buddy.

  • ostias q fuersa q tiene esa mujer me cago

  • is that a guy or a girl??

  • Maya hee maya hoo

  • She haven't guy... IMHO

  • Them Deadlift is awesome! :o

  • Wooo Mr olympia is a massive WHITE guy

  • A W E S O M E ! ! !

  • that's a woman?

  • @marbdy OMG, she is!!! :)

  • I like that Numa Numa is playing in the background.

  • Is this Pudzianowsky's sister?

  • fake

  • @MrTruckerme It's real. I was there...

  • @AndyHarglesis no you werent there fag.

  • I'm not impressed... Those are sumo deadlifts... I'd like to see regular deadlifts with the same weight and reps please

  • @Squeaky4CC someones always gotta find something to complain about

  • I'm a snob when it comes to gym... I'm

  • uglyness!

  • Am i the only person who recognized the Numa Numa song? lmao!!

  • Big Dude

  • she got good levers for deadlift

  • ouch that hurt my ear

  • sumo deadlifts..

  • Guy is pretty strong

  • @SuperSteele88 "Strongwoman Aneta Florczyk deadlifts 220 kg 6 times."

    It's a woman, lol.

  • Now thats some serious BEAST STRENGTH. Freakin awesome...!!!!!!!!!!

  • holy shit! I want to cry. shes a beast

  • wow.... i feel like a total pussy now. Thanks for posting this

  • her legs are really far apart, is that good with deadlifts?

  • @sulkoma It's called sumo and you can do more with them.

  • @sulkoma If it works for you it is. Different body types pull strongest in different ways.

  • great background music btw lol

  • i know its a sumo-ish deadlift but still 220? thats amazing tho she is a powerlifter

  • @aaronalwines unfortunately that is not entirely right, most records are held by conventional pullers, very few elite lifters pull sumo. That being said in the lighter and middle classes it seems like there is a preference for sumo. It really depends on your build

  • @aaronalwines sumo is actually harder. can't bulge my normal max with sumo.

  • @TemplarX2 yeah, it's very relative... i bet she can't to this much in normal deads, but a guy who does 220x6 on a regular instance most likely would not be able to do 220x6 in sumo lol

    she's is strong

  • @TemplarX2 sumo is harder for shorter more stocky people, easier for taller skinnier people. but for most people sumo is easier than conventional, because the range of movement is much shorter!

  • @HillsideFights I'm tall, although now muscular I'm naturally skinny without training. It's like chin up and pull up, you get stronger in the movement you train the most despite the fact one is easier to start with. Conventional is so much easier for me. I think it's nervous, which is very important.

  • @TemplarX2 It depends on who it is. I have pulled 525 sumo before but can barely pull 425x3 conventional. It all has to do with levers and all that fun shit

  • Numa! Numa!

  • Sh1tpickle

Your a fagget thats perfect form and more than you would ever lift.

  • Holy shit. That's impressive.

  • anyone else think that sounded like a bunch of lighter bumper plates....I mean good deadlift but idk about 220kg

  • Rock solid deadlifting. Real good work.

  • carrot top

  • wonder how much she'd deadlift non sumo

  • numa numa!

  • fantastic !! strong !! it is power girl !!

  • I was pleased I pulled 220kg the other day for 1 rep. Then I saw this.

I think i'll go cry in the corner.

  • @ThePurple0range dont be sad bro this is a bullshit sumo stance

  • @ThePurple0range I feel your pain!
