  • This is soo beautiful! I wish I knew what she is saying....it looks so graceful, marvelous, yet simple Its HAWAII. Someone please tell me what she is saying.

  • The white man gave the Hawaiians their "missionary shame," made the people cover-up by wearing their ridiculous clothing, totally unsuited for the tropics, and almost destroyed the entire Hawaiian culture. We still have, thanks to King David Kalakaua, and all who have taught the arts and kept it alive, our music, our dance, and our spirit! Nobody will ever take that from us! This hula, as performed here, is beautiful!
