Hi i was at this gig i am a scouser too my friend gregga is the guitarist in deacon blue i was lucky to have a bevvy with them all back stage . ricky is such a nice guy but thanks to gregga for the tickets and a great night

I'm sure they blow the crowd away everywhere they play but anyone who's ever seen them play Liverpool,especially the Summer Pops will tell you that if you were there,it was the time of your life...hard to put into words just how amazing they are..AWESOME!!!!

summerpops 2006 was real special imo, aintree 2007 just not same atmosphere. loved the big top. got front row again for 2008. special band, special city.
