Your jazz voice is FANTASTIC! You should stick to this, most definitely! You have a nice color to your voice here, something I didn't quite hear in the Handel "But Who May Abide..." Yeah, I got a Michael Buble vibe when it started but it's just an interpretation of a beautiful song that Matt himself wrote. The beautiful thing about a song that has come from you is that you are completely free to express it however you may feel. Granted, I don't know if a techno house remix would work for me though. :-)
