well i just did this experiment....

for all the people that want to know how this was done....you mix about 80 ml of hydrogen peroxide with 40 ml of any dish soap....

then you create a vile of 15g of potassium iodide and mix that with water until all the potassium iodide melts...

then you pour the potassium iodide/water mixture into the hydrogen peroxide/soap mixture and then it creates what are bubbles that do not pop...hence the foam looking shape...
