  • dude, sorry but this isnt gonna do anything... for any muscle really. maybe ur triceps a LITTLE but pretty much nothing. btw ur ches isnt even engaged with this

  • @iDPG95 From my own experience in using the exercise (for me, at least), I find it really hits the upper chest well - I get a lot out of it. Have you tried incline bench partials before and not got much out of it?

  • @nilssonnick no ive never tried partials, i just dont see how ur chest is really being engaged with that range of motion

  • @iDPG95 You really have to focus on the movement as you're doing it to affect the chest - the triceps and shoulders can absolutely take it over, especially if you allow your chest and back to flatten out onto the bench, which can happen with heavy weight. If you keep the shoulders back and chest out, and really mentally engage the pecs, it can really be a good one.

  • @nilssonnick alright, ill think ill try tht sometime once i finish the weight training program im on now

  • @iDPG95 Sounds good - it's definitely worth a try, I think.

  • this doesnt work lol!! you need the full rom in order to get results. u failed buddy not impressive

  • @kingmansniper23 - partial training is actually a very good technique. Have you ever tried partial training?

  • @kingmansniper23 LOL????

you need to do your research better man

this partial rep stuff isnt as good as SCT (Static Contraction Training) but it works pretty well

  • @KyoOmaya

you're probably a weakling who always lacks proper technique. hell you probably don't even know how to work out

  • @kingmansniper23

static contraction training made me gain 10 pounds in 8 weeks and all im doing is lifting 2 inches

  • this doesnt even hit the chest.... your barely hitting triceps in this ROM....

  • hmmm....your body position might be wrong if you're not feeling it at all in the chest. Make sure and get your shoulder blades tight in together to get the shoulders back.

  • I am kind of doing this, but with 1/2 to 3/4 rep range, so I need to then do these every other week. Thanks Nick!
