  • I was always a fan of mike mentzer , But i could never find out how this program works ? do you train all body part at once or ?

  • @DaOsman1 No, we used the ideal routine, you can check out all of our workouts. It was a great experience.

    Re; recovery Im at present training every 7-9 days or longer ( HD consolidated training ) after a natural progression from Mikes original Pre-exhaust programme from HD1.

    Im sure as your experiment progresses your progress may entail still longer recovery and/or a drop of an isolation exercise to accomodate further progress.

  • @Cragails THANKS!! Yes, we have already added one more day of recovery and it made all the difference in the world. Huge increases in strength and size were apparent.. We love the workouts, especially the fact that you do not have to live in the gym!!! Cheers

  • Is that, each body part is worked out 5 to 7 days or just one workout then time off then the next workout is a different body part?

  • @tazzpower No, just one workout every 5 to 7 days. It is amazing the recovery and the strength increases that we are finding!!
