@Rheinmetall1 Indeed it is! Think of Forsaken as an upgraded version of the PSone game Descent. The player pilots an anti-gravity vehicle that moves in 360 directions and is played from a first-person perspective as a shooter. What I like about it is that it runs at a steady 60 fps with little to no slowdown as opposed to Descent which chugs when a lot is happening on-screen.
@MM9610 You're welcome! I'm glad that this video was able to help. Wild 9 was one of those titles that didn't get the attention that it deserved at the time of its initial release. I should know because I was one of the people who slept on it. There were plenty of great PSone games that I missed during that era, and this was one of them.
Regonized many familiar games. My parents would never bought that many games when i was a kid. It's sad but true i had only like 10 playstation games and half of them were shitty. Of course I had couple demo discs but that was only sneak peek to numbers of games I never got to play. I missed all final fantasy games but i'm glad that I have still chance to play em' because my friends have some of them, I can still buy them or I could download them and burn them.
@bigmenlo Soul Reaver is a game that definitely can use an update visually. The gameplay was amazing and so was the atmosphere. Imagine what can be done for this game utilizing today's advances in gaming technology and the level of creativity which brought about this game. I'm speechless!
@lipo6425 I agree! I remember liking it more than the Twisted Metal series especially after 989 took over (ugh). Second Offense took it up a few notches with advanced lighting and the futuristic upgrades to name a few features. I still favor Twisted Metal 1 and 2 (especially 2), but the Vigilante 8 series took vehicular combat to the next level in my opinion.
@Redfofo277 Thanks! I was a fan of the original and was partly pleased with part 2, but my favorite was Nemesis! I haven't played Code Veronica yet though I've had it for the longest (LOL). On another note, I'm still trying to find Mortal Kombat Trilogy again. I can't seem to find my copy, so I'll see if I can find it locally once more. I'd prefer not to get it only but if I have to fundings for the moment, I just may.
hello, and don't know that the game under the name of whether the spec ops or special ops? I know that there is in the game side view and play a small special forces, start to a level where the winter in the mountains...help please to know the exact name of this game
@DanielLesden That must have been a game that either I haven't played or it's been so long ago that I don't remember... but the premise doesn't seem to ring a bell for me. Also, I never played any of the Spec-Ops games... so I'm not familliar with them. Many apologies.
@godkillspeople Many apologies, but Medieval was first game that game to mind. Could it be Nightmare Creatures 1 or 2 even? Gex 2 had a Halloween level, but I doubt that's the game you're referring to. Those are the only games I can think of for the moment. If any others come to mind, I'll include them at a later time.
hey have you ever played a ps1 game that is about a doctor sends a women doctor or a women to a another plante. In side of the plante she wakes up and see alot of spider or alien and she is trying to get back home. (plz messges me)
@Top10gamerXD That's a shame. Simultaneous releases should be the norm, but various regions have stipulations which prevent this and unfortunately some companies tend to cater more to certain regions for whatever reasons that they do.
@Top10gamerXD My selections would change quite often since the type of game I like depends on the mood I'm in, so this list would need to be adjusted by the hour (LOL). Really!
@Top10gamerXD That's a difficult task since I really enjoy playing many of the titles here. However, I can single out the ones that I still play to this day on occasion, and they are:
-Road Rash (played it earlier this month)
-Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (a must have!)
-Tekken 3 (though Soul Edge almost gives this a tie)
-Sled Storm (though NASCAR Rumble almost gives this a tie)
-Vigilante 8: Second Offense (almost forgot about Twisted Metal after playing this game)
@AliJalal93 Surprisingly, I have not played Dracula yet, though friends of mine mentioned how eerie it was for the time. Quake II is more menacing in the sense that the hulking creatures were powerful and you can hear their stomping from far away which got even louder as they came near.
@AliJalal93 I agree that Tenchu is a great stealth title for the PSone. In my opinion, it's the best stealth/ninja game available... even according to current standards from what I've played. Tenchu 2 was not as polished as the original, or so I believe. The only problem I had with the original Tenchu is that one mission can be ran through without even trying... and no penalty. That aside, I've always liked the original Tenchu.
@MetalxXxMayhem Thanks! I still enjoy playing these games again every once in a while. Road Rash is one that I play rather often with hopes that an updated one would be released with better controls and branching paths (as this one had). I do enjoy playing Jailbreak and 3D on PSone, but they took the series in a different direction with Jailbreak and the controls of 3D took quite a bit of fun out of the game since combat was a huge component of the gameplay (in my opinion).
@xoxoPrettyNPinkoxox Mine as well, though many others I can add to the list. Mainly, a huge majority of those displayed in the video. I had some degree of an experience relating to each title (which ones I can remember is the question, LOL).
@AnakinJediKnight62 That's great! Keep on collecting! In my area, there are still stores that sell classic software and systems, but they charge a lot for them. If there's such a store in your area but with decent prices and you can afford them, by all means do so. :)
@MultiMahmoud12345 Thanks! I've gotten them from various retail stores in my area... mostly in Mom & Pop stores that usually would sell them for cheaper, but I had to make sure each game was in good condition or received treatment if scratches were there. Mostly, I've obtained them from whichever stores had the games I liked and for cheap.
@contracts47 I've enjoyed those Wrestling titles and thought they challenged the Smackdown series in terms of wrestlers, customizations and features. Do you remember the "gas" code? LOL!
@Fragnid I agree. The amount of options in WWF Attitude was amazing. But for some reason I enjoyed the gameplay of WWF Warzone more. But Attitude had the best feature of ALL time... blood could pour from any part of the wrestlers body, that always made the hardcore modes a lot more fun. The original Smackdown games were fun... but Warzone and Attitude always had a charm to it that I can't explain. Although Stone Cold's entrance on Attitude was hilarious... he looked hammered.
Very cool......!!!!!!!!
