Hogger is not impossible to solo. I did it by myself when my rogue just turned level 11. But i had pots and a good first aid.

I don't even think it's a group quest anymore. When I was leveling my main to 80 I think I did him at like 12 solo. That was a year ago or so.

Back in classic, Hogger was a BEAST. You NEEDED a raid to kill him. I remember getting one-shotted on my level 10 clothie back in the day. He wiped the floor with everyone, over and over, until we paid a level 60 to help. I came back on my 35 warlock to grind gnolls for cloth, went afk, and Hogger killed me in the short time that I was gone. He used to be like a hardcore version of Saurfang.

To all you Horde players who dont know what Hogger is, its a low lvl boss in the forrest outside of Stormwind. it isnt hard at all and a good lvl 25- avg lvl 30 player could solo it very easily.
