I'm 15 years old, I remember watching the first movie, listening to this song and everything. Now I listen to Hip Hop, Rap, I sag my pants I flirt with girls. BUT, I will never forget the good ol' days because nothing really changed. I still like Pokemon, not the newer versions mind you, I still like the music from back then, even if it wasn't rap. It's just catchy teen pop that kids would enjoy listening to, so the creators probably just slapped it in for that reason, regardless of the song lyrics.
