The defence is horrific and the midfield lacks creativity.. Personally, I'd play Mascherano in the centre of defence and call up Coloccini.. Burdisso and Demichelis aren't good enough. As for the midfield, play Cambiasso as the holding player, with Gago and Pastore. That said, I'd recall Riquelme and give him a chance too. As for upfront, I'd play Messi as the central striker and Di Maria and Aguero. Higuain is a great player- but I do think him being in the side hinders Messi.
