great job but I gots 1 question, how can you make it so it is a stand alone widget so you can give to friends?

the way i did it was put it in the dashboard, press the plus, press the minus next to it, go to the trash, and drag it out.

there is probably an easier way, but i don't know it

I found an easier way to do it ALOT EASIER!

just go into the share tab and click export

myusername/Library/Widgets

is the folder that you had trashed it from. All of your installed widgets are there.

But what you really want to do, is choose deploy from the file menu. There will be some general deployment options and a button at the bottom to save it to disk.
