The cone shape is the official shape, jsyk. People only ever drew the fat circle bracelets because of the strange angle SeeU's hands were at in the first released artwork.

OH MY CUPCAKES!!! I knew bout SeeU, but never tried to listen to her! I fell in love! I like her the best because she's Korean (no off) and also very pretty, and also because she's my voice range (little lower wud b better but idk) also, I wanted to cosplay her instead of yuki or zatsune (flatchested n short) but this seems easier to do!

I don't really have a preference as the which one, on one of the sketch drawings I saw on Vocaloid wikia they were cones, but then on another they were circles...but yeah looks really good lol :D
