Big problem: the porn was dated MONTHS AFTER the Arvizos had last been to MJ's house. They were shown the porn at the 2004 grand jury hearing (so of course they would now what was in it at the 2005 petit jury trial) and allowed to hold it without gloves by Sneddon. Mesereau had a slam dunk showing how the prosecution blatantly lied in this way.
There are no credible reports of MJ being drunk. No liquor was found in his system or in his bodily discharges in his house. MJ's housekeepers and employees specifically said MJ was not a heavy drinker. Besides, being drunk would have nothing to do with the police examining MJ's genitals.

The boys even held a knife up to the throat of one of MJ's cooks and forced her to give them liquor and threatened to have her fired.
He was interviewed dozens of times over the years and when cross-examined they showed him transcripts of his previous claims. His claims changed after being informed his original stories were chronologically impossible. The Arvizos kept shifting their claims to fit around the timeline.
This is not a simple case of being young. His claims of molestation went from as few as 2 times to as many as 7 times and back down to 2, 5 and 3. That's willful lying.
@newsakafias - There's no way to erase semen where Luminol can't find it. They went over MJ's house with Luminol. Erasing incidents off the security tapes would be easy for the FBI to see. There would be time unaccounted for and there would be obvious cutoffs.

@newsakafias - The reason this even turned into a trial at all was almost completely because of DA Tom Sneddon who had a 12-year vendetta against Jackson because Jackson humiliated him by foiling his high-profile 1994 case (which is a big career advancement opportunity for District Attorneys) with a dismissal.
Because of Bashir's special Sneddon launched a DCFS interview which dismissed Sneddon's molestation concerns as unfounded. Sneddon made a case anyway for publicity.

The FBI report came back "NOTHING" in big bold letters. There would have been evidence because if MJ had been molesting kids there would have been semen everywhere. There also would have been some video evidence since he had security cameras in his room, which were also analyzed. The kids also would have given an accurate description of his junk.

I think that his behavior was probably just a result of the abuse he suffered as a child. What he is saying is absolutely right though. All other jurors have told that Cook and Hultman, which they themselves have said on more than one occasion in the media, said they weren't sure if MJ had molested other kids but they doubted he molested Gavin Arvizo. Jurors have no power to have other jurors removed. Cook and Hultman's claim is straight-up bull. They might have gotten removed for sneaking contraband in the chambers, which they did.

@newsakafias - MJ's genitals were examined for almost an hour at least once. His genitals didn't fit the description. He's not circumcised. Also, both Chandler and Arvizo made erroneous claims about the color.

They were corroborated being out shopping and the mom getting her teeth done while they were supposedly being "held hostage". Gavin himself admitted he stole the alcohol out of MJ's wine cellar when MJ wasn't home. The boys even held a knife up to the throat of one of MJ's cooks and forced her to give them liquor and threatened to have her fired.

He was interviewed dozens of times over the years and when cross-examined they showed him transcripts of his previous claims. His claims changed after being informed his original stories were chronologically impossible. The Arvizos kept shifting their claims to fit around the timeline.
This is not a simple case of being young. His claims of molestation went from as few as 2 times to as many as 7 times and back down to 2, 5 and 3. That's willful lying.

@newsakafias - There's no way to erase semen where Luminol can't find it. They went over MJ's house with Luminol. Erasing incidents off the security tapes would be easy for the FBI to see. There would be time unaccounted for and there would be obvious cutoffs.

The underwear they found in MJ's house belonged to himself and some friends of his who were staying at the house in October 2003, months after the last time the Arvizos visited. None of the Arvizos.

@newsakafias - The reason this even turned into a trial at all was almost completely because of DA Tom Sneddon who had a 12-year vendetta against Jackson because Jackson humiliated him by foiling his high-profile 1994 case (which is a big career advancement opportunity for District Attorneys) with a dismissal.
Because of Bashir's special Sneddon launched a DCFS interview which dismissed Sneddon's molestation concerns as unfounded. Sneddon made a case anyway for publicity.

@newsakafias - I've read all the Smoking Gun files. There were no naked baby pictures. His suitcase of porn had a lock on it and it was all adult hetero stuff (not that homosexual porn would have been deviant IMO). I think you'll find well over 90% of adult men have porn in their house. Lol In that sense MJ was just like any other man his age. There was a letter from Gavin in the house but it was non-sexual/non-romantic in nature. It was like letters he sent dozens of other friends of all ages.

@newsakafias - They were involved in both trials. The FBI analyzed MJ's computers and did a data dump on them searching to see if he had child porn. The FBI report came back "NOTHING" in big bold letters. There would have been evidence because if MJ had been molesting kids there would have been semen everywhere. There also would have been some video evidence since he had security cameras in his room, which were also analyzed. The kids also would have given an accurate description of his junk.

@newsakafias - Jurors can't be made to make a unanimous decision. If it's not unanimous it's a mistrial and the case simply gets re-tried. Other jurors got book offers to claim they believed he was guilty but refused, unlike Cook and Hultman. Cook and Hultman were sleazy enough to take the book offers and ended up suing to get out of their contracts (and settled) when they realized it wasn't as much as they figured it would be.
Real authors have written books on what a sham MJ's accusers were.

The problem today is parents never have time for their children. Children are constantly neglected and abused as if they were invisible. Parents have issues with themselves so they take their frustrations out on their kids. This is why kids rebel, its all out of their need for attention and lack of love. I went through the same thing at home! I don't like remembering it but I totally relate to what MJ is saying!

He's right. At first I was starting to believe it. But then he stated his case and he absolutely 100% right. Kids do need more love ,the bond has been broken. Is it a crime to try and mend broken hearts? Kids parents don't give them what they need so Michael is just trying to help them. He's on the ground in a sleeping bag,he's not in the bed with them,they're not in the sleeping bag with him. What's the prob? People judge people to quickly. Michael was a great everything. @mrbubble1997: Also the people he does let in his bedroom are children he's known for a long time. Example Brett Barnes, slept w/ Michael for 200 days and he said that MJ never did anything. Kids that he considers family, I mean when Evan Chandler was spending time to himself, Michael was the one who helped Jordan with his homework and Michael because of his role in that families life, thought he was apart of their family and that this family was a true family he could be apart of.
