couple of questions about the guitar, 1. how are the frets and neck? well done or kinda rough? 2. how is the guitars resonance? (by resonance, I mean if you "knock on it" do you hear the wood resonate and if so for how long?) 3. Does it stay in tune very well?

Man, that sounds TOO GOOD.I'm gouing to buy one of those guitars for xmas, but I play metal (like metallica, Megadeth, Pantera), would you recommend it for playing with distortion? Or should I buy a Ibanez or something like that? I play rock and blues too, but I've already seen it works for that :D

I have the same guitar, except the neck has a a snake design on it, the front colour is cherry burst and there is no pick guard. Great guitar.

eae cara. eu to procurando uma guitarra e eu sou meio mediano sabe? ate agora a SX foi a mais barata q eu achei aqui no brasil, e to considerando. eu toco d tudo,de amba até hardcore. eu nao quero ter q comprar outra guitarra por outros 5 anos pelomenos. vc acha que realmente vale a pena?

@lobato114 cara, o som de lespaul eh bem caracteristico, se vc curte a pegada mais forte, vai em frente q a guita eh boa, mas pra quem toca de tudo, a strato eh mais versatil

How is the sustain & action on this guitar. Does it stay in tune. Also is there any Fret buzz? Are the inlays just white, or do they a Mother of Pearl look. Do they look cheap?

I like the look of this SX. But if it's worse than the AL2000, Then I'll go with the AL2000.

I notice yours has a pattern on the Headstock, with isn't present on the current model. When did you get this one?
