It does not matter whether the internet is connected, and using a normal mode is the way to do it.

You can actualy use your computer normally while 'Disk defragmenting your computer'!

i have mine do this automatically. you can schedule it on vista so mine just did it in the 17th of this month at 2:00am. i keep my computer up to date and clean as humanly possible.

LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....w­ow... lol i dnt think it lets u defrag if u have u dnt have a certain amnt of space...i think i read theres a manul way to start it in xp maybe in vista google around but i dnt think it would be wise to force it...cud damage ur pc. in ur case forget defraging til u clear some space

yer mine takes about 4 hours to complete.

I use Auslogics disk defrag it actually shows what its doing and only takes about 20 min on 250g HD. Vista defrag seems to do nothing and somtimes tells you its not needed to dfrag at this time

Nice video! However, doing this manually on Vista is not necessary as Vista automatically runs defrag once a weekly in the background.
