  • I'm diggin' this vid and song, very nice!

  • WTF!!! That park is a landmark! What the hell are they thinking? Just to replace it with something commercial I'm sure. Jez, what a complete shame. How can people let something like that happen? Couldn't anything have been done to stop it?

  • Vellonikis has set heterosexual/homosexual relations in the Village back 50 years, as surely as O.J. did racial ones in L.A.

  • oh shit its Mr. Saucedo!

  • holy shit - what a fucken waste of time and money - fuck you new york city parks commish and all those who got paid to be a part of this crap !

  • At 00:43 seconds..."Who cares what they feel." A smirking George Vellonakis, NYC Parks Department Designer, speaking about those who "...don't feel that all, every park needs the same character."

    This says it all.

  • What a shame!!!!

  • The City is destroying our park! Instead of care and renovation we are losing a historic public gathering place. Thank you for letting everyone know what is happening.

  • Matt - This video is so great! Farbeon's voice & words are perfect for this tragedy, and it is a tragedy on so many levels.

  • Yo Farbeon this is hot, i like that you are standing up for what you believe in. I stand up for human rights.

    Take Care, Daniel Familia

  • Nice video.

  • Yo Far.. Good shyt man. This has been killing me for a while. Glad you're putting it out there for people to see.

  • Damn...I live on Tompkins Square Park (a few blocks to the east) and I know what to expect once they renovate WSP; it will be a goddam precious park like Gramercy. Pretty soon, you'll need a key to get into all of them. Yeah, it sucks.

  • awesome

  • dammn farbeon you went hard awsome video man kepp doing the good shit !!!!!!!!!!

  • This is a big problem. I'm not from New York, but the few times I've been, I visited Washington Square Park to see real culture. To me, this park is New York. I walked through and was able to join in on the art and music. I never felt like an outsider. I guess, this is just another casualty of America's quest to look exactly the same everywhere you go. All hail the United States Of Generica.

  • Damn man. This is so sad, and such an enormous waste of money and resources. But what a great way to spin a classic track. Right on point.

  • this is hot! when is it going up on mtv?

  • this is clip is F R E S H....
